Geography
Kochetovka is located in the central part of the Dolgorukovsky district , 11 km north-east of the village Dolgorukovo . Located in the source of a small drying creek.
History
Village Kochetovka known since the 20s of the XX century . First mentioned in the census of the USSR in 1926 as a village, 16 yards, 80 inhabitants [2] .
Since 1928 as part of the newly formed Dolgorukovsky district of the Yelets district of the Central Black Earth region . After the separation of the Central Military District in 1934, Dolgorukovsky district became part of Voronezh , in 1935 - Kursk , and in 1939 - Oryol region . From January 6, 1954 as part of the Dolgorukovsky district of the Lipetsk region .

Transportation
Kochetovka is connected by asphalt road with the villages of Koledinovka and Pashinino , the village of Rafts .
