Biography
After graduating from the Air Force Academy and the Energy Institute, he worked at the Air Force Research Testing Institute, first as an engineer, then as a department head and deputy head of the institute. He was engaged in the development and testing of aircraft navigation equipment. During the Great Patriotic War, he led the work on the use of new technology in the air force in combat conditions. In 1943 he was appointed a member of the Council on Radar at the State Defense Committee [1] . The family moves to Moscow, to apartment 208 at home on the embankment . From the beginning of 1947 he served as chairman of the Scientific and Technical Committee of the USSR Air Force.
In December 1947, together with his wife, he was arrested and convicted on unjustified charges and until January 1954 was imprisoned in the Vladimir Central . After rehabilitation and release he led a course of electrodynamics at the Air Force Academy. In 1955 he was appointed to the post of chairman of the Scientific and Technical Committee of Air Defense Forces , where he worked until he retired in 1960. In the same year, he was invited to head the journal Foreign Foreign Electronics , where he worked until his death in October 1972.
He was buried at the Don Cemetery .
