Wrapped in Red (English wrapped in red) is the sixth studio album and the first Christmas album by American singer Kelly Clarkson , released on October 29, 2013 via RCA Records. Most of the songs on the album will be cover versions.

About the album

On August 19, 2013, Kelly Clarkson announced that the name of the new album was “Wrapped In Red”. Which was released on October 29, 2013, followed by the release of "Underneath the Tree", written by Kelly Clarkson and Kurstin as their lead single. September 5, 2013, showed the track sheet of her future album, which will contain 14 songs. Sony Music also announced that it’s a deluxe version of a track list that will contain two additional songs. The Deluxe Edition will be released exclusively internationally and at target stores in the United States. Kelly Clarkson showed her fans the cover of Wrapped In Red. On it a girl is depicted in profile in a bright red outfit.

Thus, it has now become known that the new album includes such songs: cover versions of the hits “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas” and “Silent Night”, as well as five completely new and original compositions.

The Christmas album will have a good advertisement: these are not only performances, but also special and special advertisements on TV.

According to representatives of the performer, in addition to working on this Christmas album, Kelly Clarkson is currently working on recording a new large studio album. His girlfriend plans to present until the middle of next year.

On October 15, 2013, the song "White Christmas" went on sale on iTunes as a promotion for the Christmas album.

On October 18, 2013, Kelly Clarkson presented the new song, “Underneath The Tree.” The composition will be a Christmas single.
