Biography
Pupil SDUSHOR Dynamo (Kiev) . He began to play in the teams "Niva" (Mironovka), "Ros" (Bila Tserkva) , "Chemist" (Severodonetsk) .
In 1993 he moved to Kharkov Metalist , where on October 13, 1993, in the game against Torpedo (Zaporozhye) (0: 3) he made his debut in the Ukrainian Premier League. In 1996 he played in the major league for " Nikolaev ".
In 1997-2000, he played in the second division of the Russian championship in the teams Torpedo (Volzhsky) , Lada-Togliatti-VAZ , Metallurg (Lipetsk) , Gazovik-Gazprom (Izhevsk) , Torpedo-Victoria ( Nizhny Novgorod) , Baltika (Kaliningrad) . His last professional team was the Uzbek Pakhtakor , in which he became the champion of the country [1] .
He completed his playing career in 2003 in the amateur team "Dnepr" (Kiev), where he played with such players as Ruslan Teodorovich and Oleg Naduda [2] .
Coached Ukrainian beach soccer clubs. With the team, “Mainsher” became the champion of Ukraine.
Achievements
- Winner of the Uzbekistan Cup 2001.
- Silver medalist of the championship of Uzbekistan in 2001.
Personal life
The son Aleksey (born 1994) also became a football player, playing the position of goalkeeper.
Sergey Mayboroda died on December 21, 2017 in Kiev at the age of 46 years [3] .
