Cullinan Towers (天 璽, The Cullinan or The Cullinan Towers) are two 68-story towers located in Hong Kong , West Kowloon , in Yauchimmon County (part of the Union Square complex). Named after the world's largest diamond, Cullinan . Cullinan I Tower is also known as North Cullinan Tower, Cullinan II Tower as South Cullinan Tower (both towers are also called the 6th phase of Union Square). Built in 2008 in the style of modernism . They have one underground floor, are the highest residential buildings in Hong Kong (the local apartments are considered one of the most expensive and prestigious in the city).

The first 25 floors of the Cullinan II Tower are occupied by W Hotels of the Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide hotel chain. The developer of the Cullinan complex is Sun Hung Kai Properties [1] [2] [3] .
