Phonology
In the north of Champagne, the phonology is similar to the Norman and Picard languages: despite the substrates and superstrata , the pronunciation of the sounds / k / and / ɡ / in front of / a / is preserved, but in the south of Champagne due to their influence / k / changed to / ʃ /, / ɡ / - on / d͡ʒ /.
