Sarin Chuck ( January 2, 1922 , Krangsla village, Prey Kabbah district, Takeo province, French Indochina -?) - Cambodian statesman, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Royal Government of National Unity of Cambodia (1970-1976).

Biography
Real name Khin Kaing. Born into a peasant family. He was forced to change his name in order to be able to attend school. He graduated in law in Cambodia and economics in France (1966).
He held the posts of Secretary General of Phnom Penh Municipality, Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Until 1970, he was ambassador to Egypt, after the removal of Norodom, Sihanouk fled with him to China, where he took over as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Royal Government of National Unity of Cambodia.
After the final victory of the Khmer Rouge in 1975, Chuck and his family decided to return to their homeland, after which there was no more reliable information about politics. However, it later turned out that he and his wife were captured by the occupying Vietnamese troops. Died in custody.
