Biography
Born in the family of the supreme leader. He graduated from the Australian Sogeri High School.
- 1968-1972 - Member of the representative body (House of Assembly), on mandated Australia on the island,
- 1972-1977 - Deputy Press Secretary of the Administrative Executive Council, Assistant Ministers of Health and Agriculture,
- 1977-1983 - Governor General of Papua New Guinea,
- 1983-1989 - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Indosuez Niugine Bank.
In 1977, he was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II .
