“New Cheryomushki” is a Moscow enterprise, which includes a complex of warehouses equipped and designed for storage and processing of fruits and vegetables. In society and the media it is better known as Pokrovskaya vegetable warehouse. The assignee of the Brezhnev vegetable warehouse, built in 1980. It was registered as a closed joint-stock company in 1992 [1] and operates as a logistics center, as well as a wholesale and small wholesale market. He was one of the three leaders in the turnover of fruits and vegetables along with the Khlebnikov vegetable warehouse and Dmitrov wholesale market [2] . The holding "New Cheryomushki" also includes a subsidiary of OJSC "OPK" Zelenogradsky "" [3] .

The main shareholders are former employees of the Brezhnev vegetable warehouse. The honorary president of the company is the hero of Russia Magomed Tolboev . The general director is Razuvaev Alexander Vladimirovich.
On October 13, 2013, in connection with the unrest in Biryulyovo, the Pokrovskaya vegetable warehouse ( Stupinsky passage ) was damaged. Subsequently, the work of the enterprise was suspended for 90 days, in order to eliminate violations identified by the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare, after which the enterprise was no longer allowed to work, banning the activity of the fruit and vegetable base. The closure was initiated by Rospotrebnadzor [4] . The turnover of the vegetable warehouse, including the enterprises of more than 300 tenants who rented warehouses for work on the territory, amounted to $ 10 billion a year, up to 5 thousand people worked there. The company brought to the city budget about 500 million rubles a year, not counting the calculation of more than 300 tenant companies.
A few days after the riots in Biryulyovo began, part of the company's management was arrested on suspicion of organizing illegal migration. The general director of the base Aliskhab Hajiyev was put on the federal wanted list [5] . At the same time, it is worth noting that the company is only engaged in the rental of premises, and 3 migrants, who were eventually declared illegal, testified that they worked for tenants.
