Game career
Brian Willsy started playing in the Ontario Hockey League . In the NHL draft, 1996 was selected in the 6th round under the overall 146th number by the Colorado Avalanche club. From 1998 to 2003, he played in the Colorado Avalanche club system. January 9, 2000 debuted in the NHL.
In October 2003, he moved to the Washington Capitals . During the NHL lockout 2004/05 he played for the Slovenian Olympia . From 2006 to 2008, he played for the Los Angeles Kings . In July 2008, he signed a contract with Colorado Avalanche.
From 2010 to 2012, he played in the AHL for the Hershey Bears and Hamilton Bulldogs clubs. In the 2012/13 season, he played in the Finnish TPS club, and later spent 11 matches in the Swiss championship for the Kloten Flyers club. In the summer of 2013 he moved to Medveschak , performing in the KHL . He played 13 matches for the Croatian club and scored 5 (2 + 3) points, after which he returned to the TPS . The club said it would keep in touch with Willsy, who could return to Medvescak at the end of the season. [one]
