Geography
The village is located 10 km north of the center of the village of Butylitsy and 33 km north of the district center of the city of Melenki .
Natural resources
A wide variety of vascular plant species grows around the village. The village is surrounded by mixed forests.
History
In the XIX - first quarter of the XX century, the village was part of the Butylitsky volost of the Melenkovsky district , since 1926 - as part of the Murom district . In 1859 [2] there were 2 yards in the village, in 1905 [3] - 11 yards, in 1926 [4] - 17 yards.
Since 1929, the village was part of the Skripinsky village council of the Melenkovsky district , since 2005 - as part of the Butylitsky rural settlement .
