Geography
The village of Zhemchuzhnikova is located in the northeastern part of the Dolgorukovsky District , 15 km north-east of the village Dolgorukovo . From the north it adjoins the village of Bolshaya Boevka .
History
Zhemchuzhnikova was founded no later than the last quarter of the 19th century , first mentioned in 1887 documents.
In 1905, it was listed in the parish of the Nikolskaya Church of the village of Bolshaya Boyevka [2] .
According to the census of 1926 in Zhemchuzhnikova 29 courtyards, 125 inhabitants. In 1932 there are 175 inhabitants. Another name "Behteevka" from the names of the former owner of the local lands [3] .
Since 1928, Zhemchuzhnikova as part of the Dolgorukovsky District of the Yelets District of the Central Black Earth Region . After the division of the Central Military District in 1934, Dolgorukovsky district became part of the Voronezh region , in 1935 - Kursk , in 1939 - the Oryol region , and since January 6, 1954 as part of the newly formed Lipetsk region .

Transportation
An asphalt highway connecting the Dolgorukovo district center with the village of Bolshaya Boevka passes through Zhemchuzhnikov.
At 1.5 km to the northeast is the railway station OST. p. 459 km (line Yelets - Valuiki South East Railway ).
