Biography
In 1975, Dadnadzhi entered the public service. From October 1996 to June 2002, he served as Director General of the Ministry of National Education, then was appointed Minister in the Government of Chad. One year later, Dadnadzhi became Minister of the Environment and Water, held this position until July 2004. From October 2004 to August 2005, he was Technical Advisor to the President on Legal and Administrative Issues and Human Rights, then became Secretary General of the Presidium [1] [2] . March 9, 2010 Dadnadzhi became Minister of Territorial Planning, Urban Planning and Housing, remained in this position until August 17, 2011 [3] [4] . On January 21, 2013, Prime Minister Emmanuel Nadingar resigned and President Idris Deby promptly appointed Jimrangar Dadnadzhi to this post [5] [6] .
He resigned on November 21, 2013 the day before the vote on a vote of no confidence in the government. [7]
