Migli ( Arabic مغلي) - Lebanese traditional dessert, most often prepared for the celebration of the birth of a child and for Christmas .

Composition

Migli consists of rice flour, sugar, caraway seeds and anise . After cooking, dessert can be decorated on top (as is customary) with coconut, raisins, pine nuts, cashews, almonds, walnuts, pistachios (unsalted).
