Geography
The village is located on the highway Sudislavl - Soligalich P100 .
History
According to the Lists of the populated areas of the Russian Empire in 1872, the village belonged to the 2nd camp of the Galich district of the Kostroma province . There were 11 yards in it , 21 men and 33 women lived. [one]
According to the 1897 census , 70 people lived in the village (38 men and 32 women). [2]
According to the List of populated areas of the Kostroma province in 1907, the village belonged to the Voskresensky volost of the Galich district of the Kostroma province. According to the volost government, in 1907 there were 17 peasant households and 70 inhabitants. The main occupations of the villagers were painting and carpentry, agricultural work. [2]
Before the municipal reform of 2010, the village was part of the Proninsky rural settlement. [3] [4]
