Biography
In 1931 he graduated from the Kherson Agricultural Institute, receiving a diploma in agriculture.
Since 1931 he worked as an agronomist at the Chaplinsky machine and tractor station of the Oblzagotzerno Dnipropetrovsk production association.
Member of the CPSU (b).
In December 1941-1945, he was the head of the production and planning and financial departments of the Omsk Regional Land Department of the RSFSR.
In March 1946-1947 - head of the Odessa regional department of industrial crops, deputy head of the Odessa regional department of agriculture.
In July 1947 - January 1949 - the chief of the Nikolaev regional department of agriculture.
January 29, 1949 - March 17, 1953 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Nikolaev Regional Council of Workers' Deputies.
Since 1953 - Head of the Odessa Regional Department of Agriculture.
For 1958 - Deputy Chairman of the Odessa Regional Council of Workers' Deputies.
