Lembit Arsenyevich Krumm ( est. Lembit Krumm ; born July 20, 1928 , Kuressaare - December 13, 2016 ) is an Estonian scientist in the field of electric power engineering. Hendrik Krumma's brother.

He graduated from the Tallinn Polytechnic Institute ( 1952 ). In 1952 - 1959 worked in Tomsk , then in Novosibirsk and Irkutsk . Doctor of Technical Sciences ( 1979 ). In 1987 he was elected a member of the Academy of Sciences of the Estonian SSR .
Author of the monographs “Methods of the reduced gradient in the management of electric power systems” (1977), “Methods of optimization in the management of electric power systems” (1981), etc.
In 1966 , together with A.Z. Gamm and I.A. Sherom, he was awarded the Krzhizhanovsky Academy of Sciences Prize "for a series of works in the field of theory and methods of process control in combined electric power systems under normal operating conditions".
Lembit Krumm died on December 13, 2016 and was buried on December 27, 2016 at Tallinn Forest Cemetery [2]
