The index of the viewed paintings by the reviews department of the cinematographic committee of the People’s Commissariat of Education ”(M., 1918) spoke of the painting in the following spirit:“ ... the production is stereotyped and uninteresting; the scenes are not interconnected, the game is commonplace.
