Regulations
- Venue : Nizhny Novgorod State Historical and Architectural Museum-Reserve ("Rukavishnikovs Manor").
- Gaming days : October 5-9 and 11-14. The day off is October 10th.
- Time control : 90 minutes for the first 40 moves, then 30 minutes until the end of the game with the addition of 30 seconds for each move, starting from the 1st, to each participant.
- Participants are prohibited from negotiating a tie until move 40 inclusive.
- When dividing the first place by two or more participants, an additional competition is held with a shortened time control to determine the champion.
