Biography
Since 1807, he studied at the Imperial Medical and Surgical Academy , from which in 1811 he was released as a doctor of surgery in the Life Guards Cossack Regiment .
Participating with this regiment in the campaign of 1812 , he was awarded the title of head healer , the rank of college assessor , and the order of St. Vladimir 4th degree , diamond ring and 400 rubles.
In 1816 he was appointed regimental headquarters doctor of the Cossack regiment, in 1830 he was transferred by the intern to an artillery hospital; On March 14, 1839, without an exam, he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Medicine.
Since 1842, he was the head of the 2nd department of the military medical department, then was under the chief military medical inspector. In 1846, dismissed.
In the weekly medical newspaper Friend of Health , Aleksandrov published: “Cure of a communicable disease through a burn” (1833), “Treatment of the abdomen” (1836), “On hereditary syphilis ” (1850). The Military Medical Journal published the Description of the operation of the strangulated hernia performed by Dr. Buyalsky (1835) and The strangulated inguinal hernia treated by the operation (1836). It was printed in the Proceedings of the Society of Russian Doctors in St. Petersburg his article “Behind the appearance of erysipelas on the abdomen, sympathetic hemorrhoidal attacks in the legs and bladder disappeared” (1836).
