Biography
On 3 October 1987, Augustine Obiora Akubese was ordained priest , after which he served in the various Catholic parishes of the Diocese of Issel-Uku .
On December 14, 2005, Pope Benedict XVI appointed Augustine to Obiora Akubese Bishop of Uromi. February 25, 2006 took place the ordination of Augustine Obiora Akubeze in Bishop, which made Archbishop of Lagos , Cardinal Anthony Olubunmi OKOGU concelebrated with the Archbishop of Benin City Patrick Ebosele Ekpu and Apostolic Nuncio in Nigeria and Titular Archbishop Botriany Renzo Fratini.
March 18, 2011, was appointed Archbishop of Benin City.
