Mitenevo is a village in the Kalinin district of the Tver region . Refers to the Upper Volga rural settlement . Until 2006, it was the center of the Mitenevsky rural district.

The population according to the 2002 census is 276 people, 132 men, 144 women.
Located on the Vyazma River 33 km south of Tver , the Tver – Lotoshino – Shakhovskaya – Uvarovka highway (Volokolamsk highway) passes near the village.
History
In the second half of the XIX - early XX centuries, the village of Mitenevo belonged to the Kozmodemyanovsky parish of the Bykovsky volost of the Tver district . Kozmodemyanovsky churchyard with the church was located on the opposite bank of Vyazma, where there is now a cemetery. In 1886 there were 35 yards in Mitenevo, 253 inhabitants.
In 1997, there were 124 farms in the village, 366 inhabitants. The administration of the rural district, the central estate of the Vologino farm. There is a recreation center, a library, an elementary school, a post office, a first-aid post, a dining room, and a shop.
