The village is located in the south-west of the region, 8 km north-west of the city of Kubinka , on the right bank of the Moskva River , the height of the center above sea level is 143 m [5] .
For the first time in historical documents the village is mentioned at the beginning of the XV century. According to the economic notes of 1800, there were 17 courtyards and 96 serf souls in the village of Nikiforovskaya. For 1852, there were 25 households in the government village of Nikiforovskoye, 80 male souls and 125 - women, in 1890 - 333 people. According to the All-Union Census, on December 17, 1926, there were 46 farms and 211 inhabitants, according to the 1989 census , 11 farms and 15 inhabitants [6] .
