Background and Release
Initially, the work was conceived not as a commercial single in its usual sense, but as a social project whose main goal is to draw public attention to people with disabilities. Despite the complex problems of the theme touched by the singer, the song and video “I will live” are favorably distinguished by the main quality inherent in all MaxSim's creativity - the desire for new things and the desire to always go forward, overcoming any difficulties. The development energy, which has become the main creative motive for MakSim herself, is fully embodied in the project “I Will Live”.
She wrote the words and music of the song on her own [1] .
I wanted the song “I Will Live” to be as positive as possible. It seems to me that in our country many people feel lonely due to the many imposed stereotypes and complexes. Very often, the internal framework by which we protect ourselves from the world prevents us from doing something important, simple and good for others. Participation in the fate of another person, the desire to go beyond the usual - this is the way to discover a lot of new in yourself, and sometimes even to know yourself again.

The video was shot in the summer in Moscow and Dzerzhinsk .
“I will live” is, first of all, real stories told by real people and exactly as they themselves considered it necessary to tell them. The main characters are Alyona, Alexei, Daria and Andrey. Each of them is in a wheelchair, in which they ended up due to different circumstances. But the main unifying factor for these people was not their position at all, but the incentive to live on [2] .
“I will live” is a hymn to life itself, which is sometimes complex and unpredictable. There is a place in it for adversities and sorrows, tragedies and difficulties, but at the same time, life is necessarily filled with bright emotions, moments of happiness, love, joy - the main thing to notice. The heroes of the new MakSim clip are young guys and girls with disabilities. The documentary story shows how these wonderful guys know how to live, strive, achieve, breathe deeply and be happy [5] . The director of the video is Eldar Asanov .
“I will live” is a social project about people with disabilities, we did not want to shoot a glossy picture, but decided to show real life stories, almost a documentary. To shoot the video, we invited several people and at the discretion of the director, editing and selection of heroes will be made.

Criticism Reaction
Natalya Yugrinova from Colta.ru wrote that “in the songs“ You say ”and“ I will live ”, MakSim seems to try on the intonations of his older colleague [Zemfira]” [8] .
Alexey Majaev from Intermedia considered that the ballads “ It's Me ,” “It's So Simple,” and “I Will Live” return the frank and touching MakSim to the fans, but at a new level [9] .
On the MirMagi project website, the song “I Will Live” was noted as “the only song from the entire album that can catch the masses, everything else is amateur material” [10] .
