Biography
On June 29, 1982, Francisz Kopong Kung was ordained priest .
On October 2, 2001, Pope John Paul II appointed Francis Kopong Kunga as auxiliary bishop of Larantuks. On January 10, 2002, Francis Kopong Kung was ordained as a bishop by the Bishop of Larantuks Darius Ngava, in co- operation with Archbishop Ende Longin Da Chongha and Bishop of Jayapura Leo Laba Lajar .
On June 16, 2004, Francisz Kopong Kung was appointed Bishop of Larantuks.
