Geography
The village of Vygolka is located in the northern part of the Dolgorukovsky district , 23 km north of the village of Dolgorukovo . Located on the right bank of the Bystraya Sosna River .
History
Vygolka arose no later than the 2nd half of the 18th century . It was first mentioned in the “Economic Notes of the Yelets Uyezd ” in 1778 as “the village of Vygolka, 12 courtyards of peasant odnodvorets, on the right bank of the Sosny River”. The name is based on the word naked. Settlement on bare, treeless terrain [2] .
In the "List of populated places" of the Oryol province of 1866, it is noted as "the treasury village of Vygolka (Vygolnaya) by the Sosna River, 32 yards, 197 inhabitants."
In 1905, the village of Vygolka was listed in the parish of the Church of the Archangel Michael of the village of Khmelevoe .
In the 1926 census, it is listed as the center of the village council , 86 households, 409 residents. In 1932 - 520 inhabitants [3] .
In 1928, Vygolka became part of the Dolgorukovsky district of the Yelets district of the Central Chernozem region . After the separation of the Central Black Sea District in 1934, the Dolgorukovsky district became part of the Voronezh region , in 1935 - the Kursk region , and in 1939 - the Oryol region . Since January 6, 1954 as part of the Dolgorukovsky district of the Lipetsk region .

Transport
The road is connected by dirt roads to the villages of Makhovschina and Pervaya Embankment .
