Red-winged Chinamu [1] [2] ( lat. Rhynchotus rufescens ) is a bird from the Chinamu family. Distributed from southeast Brazil to the west of Bolivia and the center of Argentina [2] . The red-winged chinamu inhabits pampas , avoids forests, keeps open spaces. Like all tinamu, it is reluctant and poorly flying and is capable of covering a distance of 1,200 m at a time.
