Born in the Bayanaul district of Pavlodar region, village number 4 (state farm Zhusaly).
Member of the CPSU (b) / CPSU.
1933 - graduated from the Leninogorsk Mining and Metallurgical College.
1954 - 1956 graduated from the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the CPSU (Moscow).
