Jauke Kuipers ( Dutch. Jouke Kuipers ; October 19, 1901 , Amsterdam - May 14, 1986 , ibid. [2] ) - a Dutch soccer player who played as a defender , played for the Ajax Amsterdam.

Sports career
In August 1921, Jauke Kuipers became a member of the Ajax Football Club [3] . At that time he lived in the south of Amsterdam at 21 Rustenbürgerstrat [4] . In the first team, Ajax made his debut on March 22, 1925 in the match of the third round of the Netherlands Cup against the Friesland club, making together with Kun Delson the central pair of defenders [5] . On the road, Amsterdam won 1–3 and reached the next round.
In the Dutch championship, Kuipers first played on November 15, 1925 in a match against the airborne squad [6] , replacing Dolph van Kol [7] [8] in the starting lineup. The score was opened by guests thanks to a goal by van Dorn [7] . Soon, Wim Walkers equalized with a penalty , and then scored twice more, scoring a hat-trick . Shortly before the break, Henk Twelker scored 4: 1 [7] . In the second half, guests twice more hit the gates of Jan van Heswijk , while Waut Iseger scored in the red and white [7] .
Personal life
Yauke was born in October 1901 in Amsterdam. Father - Martin Kuypers, was originally from Huizum , mother - Jaukje Jaukes Virsma, was born in Titerksteradel . In addition to him, the family had two more daughters: Shaving and Yeltier.
He worked as an office employee. Married at the age of twenty-five - his chosen one was 23-year-old Petronella Heykop, a native of Amsterdam. Their marriage was registered on April 21, 1927 in Amsterdam [9] .
In June 1933, their son Robert was born (he died in April 2011), and in September 1941 a daughter named Henny was born [2] . His wife died in July 1980 at the age of 76 [10] .
He died on May 14, 1986 in Amsterdam at the age of 84 [2] . He was buried on May 16 at the Zorgvlid cemetery in Amsterdam [11] .
