- The footbridge is a former state settlement near the Borovaya River 28 versts from the county town, 4208 people, 698 households, an Orthodox church, a school, a post office, 3 shops, 3 fairs a year.
- Haidukovka - a former state village on the Borovaya River, 588 people, 107 households, a post station.
- Round - the former state village at the Borovaya River, 523 people, 88 household farms.
- Rudovka - a former state village near the Borovaya River, 1306 people, 125 households.
The largest settlements in the parish as of 1914 [3] :
- Mostovske village - 6375 inhabitants;
- Rudovskoye village - 2012 residents;
- hamlet Bulgakovka - 1067 inhabitants.
The elder of the volost was Stefan Timofeevich Shamray, the volost clerk - Anton Filippovich Matvievsky, the chairman of the volost court - Ivan Spiridovich Chipiga.
