- Litvinovka - the former state settlement at the river Sukhoi Obitok 30 versts from the district city, 4,850 people, 405 households, an Orthodox church, a school, 2 postal stations, a shop, an annual fair .
- Brusovka - the former state settlement at the river Sukhoi Obit, 2422 people, 369 household farms, the Orthodox Church.
- Karayashnik - the former state settlement, 864 people, 170 households, the Orthodox Church.
- Shulikovka - a former state farm at the river Sukhoy Obitok, 1370 people, 207 courtyards, the Orthodox Church.
The largest settlements in the parish as of 1914 [3] :
- Litvinovka settlement - 5182 inhabitants;
- Brusovka settlement - 3686 inhabitants;
- Shulikovka settlement - 1894 inhabitants;
- Karayashnik settlement - 1302 inhabitants.
Nikifor Vasilyevich Gnidenko was the headman of the volost, Dmitriy Epifanovich Isakov, the parish clerk, Prokop Petrovich Lysak the chairman of the volost court.
