Geography
Located on the shores of the North Sea near the extreme northern and eastern points of Walsi Island. Near the village are the small uninhabited islands of Inner Holm of Sco and Outer Holm of Sco .
Economy
The road connects Sko with the village of Symbister in the southwest of the island.
Sports
Near the village on the northeast headland of the island is located the Whalsay Golf Club, the northernmost golf club in the UK [1] .
