Geography

The commune is located approximately 230 km south of Paris , 135 km southeast of Orleans , 36 km southeast of Bourges [1] .

The River flows along the western and southern borders of the commune.

Economics

The basis of the economy is forestry and agriculture .

In 2007, among 238 people of working age (15-64 years), 155 were economically active , 83 were inactive (activity indicator - 65.1%, in 1999 it was 62.9%). Of the 155 active, 140 people worked (81 men and 59 women), 15 were unemployed (7 men and 8 women).
