Belokurakin volost is a historical administrative-territorial unit of the Starobelsky district of the Kharkov province with a center in the settlement of Belokurakino .

As of 1885 it consisted of 6 settlements, 8 rural communities. The population is 10 524 people (5 205 males and 5 319 females), 959 farm households [2] .

The main settlements of the volost as of 1885 :
- Belokurakino - the former state settlement near the Belaya River, 30 versts from the county town, 5,431 people, 834 courtyards, an Orthodox church, a school, an inn, 9 shops, bazaars on Sundays.
- Demyanivka - the former state settlement, 773 people, 272 farm households, the Orthodox Church.
- Eremin - a former state farm, 541 people, 76 farm households.
- Lizino is a former state village, 1,032 people, 147 households, an Orthodox church.
- Lubyanka is a former state farm on the Belaya River, 1 102 people, 150 domestic farms.
- Shaparsky (βTheotokosβ) - a former state village, 844 people, 126 domestic farms, the Orthodox Church.
The largest settlements of the volost as of 1914 [3] :
- Settlement First Belokurakino - 7,882 inhabitants;
- Lizino settlement - 1 648 inhabitants;
- Lubyanka settlement - 1 950 inhabitants;
- Shaparsky farm - 1 238 inhabitants.
The foreman of the volost was Grigory Evtifievich Tokarenko, the parish clerk - Andrei Gavrolovich Kovtun, the chairman of the volost court - Efim Grigoryevich Lubenets.
