History

According to the Law of the Kaluga Region, in 2011, in the territory of the administrative and territorial unit “Mosalsky District”, a new municipal entity was created with the status of a rural settlement “Lyudkovo Village” (hereinafter referred to as the newly formed rural settlement) as a result of the transformation of two neighboring municipalities: a rural settlement "Village Lyudkovo" and rural settlement "Settlement Shakhovsky" - by combining them [8] .
