Shenyang University of Technology ( 阳 工业 大学 ) is a university in Shenyang , Liaoning Province, PRC . It is administered by the provincial authorities. Shenyang Technological University (STU) is one of the leading institutions of higher education in Liaoning Province. STU is a multi-disciplinary university where, along with technical specialties, the natural, economic, managerial, humanitarian and legal sciences are studied.
