In 2013, the rural settlements “ Asmolovo Village ”, “Milotichi Village” and “ Mirny Village ” were merged into the rural settlement “Asmolovo Village” [2]
The center is the village of Milotichi. The limited liability company Fili / N-Agro is located on the territory of the rural settlement. The form of ownership is private. The farm was established in 2002. The direction of the economy is maral breeding (obtaining raw materials for the production of a medicinal product - pantocrine). The area of agricultural land is 2524 ha. Cereals occupy 596 hectares, crops of fodder crops - 497 hectares. The number of deer is 920 animals. The farm employs 32 people. A promising area is livestock farming. Raw pancreatin was obtained in 2008, 804 kg, 2009 - 1224 kg, 2010 - 1310 kg.
On the territory of a rural settlement, the population contains personal subsidiary plots. The main direction of personal subsidiary plots is the cultivation and sale of vegetable and meat products.
On the territory of the municipality "Rural Settlement Village Milotichi" live 172 people. The population in the rural settlement is unevenly distributed. The main population is concentrated in the village of Kiev. As of January 1, 2012, the population is distributed as follows. In the village of Kiev registered 90 people. In the village of Milotichi - 35 people, in the village of Kamenka - 30 people, in the village of Podlosinka 4 people, the village of Kupchiy - 3 people, the village of Kosteevka - 10 people.
On the territory of the municipality "Rural Settlement Village of Milotichi" there are institutions of a social orientation: KFOR and a library branch.
The Kievsky village and part of the village of Milotichi are provided with water supply from water supply networks, the total length of which is 3.7 kilometers. There are wells for personal use. The length of the roads located on the territory of the rural settlement is 7.5 km, of which crushed stone is 1.2 km and soil is 6.3 km.
A gas pipeline passes through the rural settlement. The gas network is 3.9 km long. In the village of Milotichi and the village of Kiev gasified 60 households.
