History
In 2004, the status of “village” of the settlements of Mars , Riga and Sickle was changed to the status of “village” [3] .
In 2013, the rural settlements “Village Perenezhye” , “Village Silkovichi” and “Village Shershnevo” were merged into the newly formed rural settlement “Village Silkovichi”. [2] .
