Musical career
Justin began performing in junior high school. After graduating, he joined his uncle's rock band and in 2002 moved to Nashville , Tennessee . Through his music agent Bernie Cahill, he met young producer Scott Borchetta, who was planning to open The Valory Music Co. Borchetta promised to give Justin a contract with a recording studio, if he was patient.
