Kayyndy ( Kazakh. Kayydy , until 1999 - Shili [1] ) - a village in the Kostanay region of Kazakhstan . It is subordinate to the city administration of Arkalyk . The administrative center of the Kayyndinsky rural district. The KATO code is 391653100 [2] .
