The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the law of Kaluga Region No. 7-ОЗ dated December 28, 2004 “On the establishment of the boundaries of municipalities located on the territory of the administrative-territorial units of Babyninskiy District, Borovsky District, Dzerzhinsky District,” Zhizdrinsky District, Zhukovsky District, Iznoskovsky District, Kozelsky District, Maloyaroslavets District, Mosalsky District, Ferzikovsky District, Khvastovichsky District, Kaluga City, Obninsk City, and endowing them with urban status settlement, rural settlement, urban district, municipal district " [1] .
