Biography
He was born in the settlement of Two-Rivers Kupyansky district of Kharkov province . From state peasants [1] . He studied and graduated from the county school. He was going to become a rural teacher, took a teacher seminary course. Successfully passed the exam at the teacher's institute (external). He earned construction contracts, had a timber warehouse [1] . Chairman of the Dvurechansky volost court. He owned land, leased the land [1] .
March 26, 1906 was elected to the State Duma of the I convocation of the total electors of the Kharkiv Provincial Electoral Assembly. He was a member of the Labor Group . Member of the Agrarian Commission. He signed the bill on Civil Equality. He spoke on the agrarian question. Together, G. M. Lintvarev and M. D. Delar made a statement on the obstacles posed in the communication of voters with their deputies [2] . Oransky also signed a request from M. M. Kovalevsky to the Minister of the Interior and the Minister of War for the attack of several villages by the Cossacks on the Ingush village of Yandyrka (now the village of Yandare , Republic of Ingushetia ) on the basis of a telegram from the authorized Ingush people [3] .
He died in 1910, was buried in the settlement of Two-Rivers [1] .
