Paradise: Hope ( German: Paradies: Hoffnung ) is an Austrian drama directed by Ulrich Seidl . The third film in his trilogy is "Paradise" (the first part is " Paradise: Love ", the second part is " Paradise: Faith "). The film tells the story of the growing up of the daughter of the heroine of the film "Paradise: Love" [2] .

The film premiered at the 63rd Berlin Film Festival [3] [4] . The film was also presented in the section of contemporary world cinema at the 38th Toronto Film Festival [5] [6] .
Story
13-year-old Melanie was sent to a summer camp for overweight teenagers while her mother flew to Kenya as a sex tourist . In the camp, Melanie is experiencing her first love. She falls in love with a doctor who is much older than her.
