Oslyanka (Oslenka) is a river in Russia and Belarus , on the border of the Smolensk and Mogilev regions , the right tributary of the Sozh . The length is 23 kilometers. The catchment area is 90 km².

It starts from several sources north of the village of Dubrovka, Monastyrshchinsky district, Smolensk region. Then it flows in a general direction to the southeast, several times crossing the border of the Smolensk and Mogilev regions and, respectively, Russia and Belarus [1] .
It flows through the villages of Pustynky (Mogilev region), Yevlashi (Smolensk region), Milyuty (Smolensk region), Bizyuki (Smolensk region), Belishchino (Mogilev region), Oslyanka (Mogilev region), Ryki (Mogilyov region), Koskovo (Mogilyov region) and flows into Sozh opposite the village of Bakharevka (Smolensk region) with several sleeves lost in the swampy floodplain of Sozh.
Several nameless streams flow into the Foal.
