Biography
Born on November 3, 1956 in the city of Gorlovka, Donetsk region.
He was educated at the Gorlovka branch of the Donetsk Polytechnic Institute , specializing in Roads (1973-1978).
Since 1978 - the master of the road section, from 1978-1980 - service in the Soviet army; 1980-1982 - Assistant of the Department of Road Construction and Maintenance of the Gorlovsky Branch of the Donetsk Polytechnic Institute.
In the period 1982-1985 he studied at the graduate school of the Kharkov Automobile and Road Institute ; in 1985-1987 - junior researcher, senior researcher at KhADI; 1987-1992 - Head of the branch research laboratory at KhADI; In 1992-1997, he was an assistant professor at the KhADI Highway Construction and Road Maintenance Department (since 1993 - KHNAD); in 1997-2001 - Head of the Department of Construction and Operation of Highways of KhNADU. Author (and co-author) of 170 scientific publications, 18 copyright certificates and patents.
In 2001, he was appointed head of the Office of Scientific and Technical Policy of the State Road Service of Ukraine. From 2005 to 2006 - Director of the Department of Technical Development of the Road Sector of the Golden Gate Corporation; 2006-2008 - Deputy Chairman of the State Road Service of Ukraine; in 2008-2010 - Director of the Road Scientific and Technical Center LLC; in 2010-2012 - Deputy Chairman of the State Road Service of Ukraine.
April 23, 2013 appointed Chairman of the State Agency for Roads of Ukraine (Ukravtodor). March 12, 2014 dismissed from the post of Chairman of Ukravtodor. [1] .
