The twenty-fifth government of Israel was formed by Avoda party leader Yitzhak Rabin on July 13, 1992, after the party won the Knesset election . The government was a coalition government, in addition to the Avoda party, the ruling coalition included the new party Merets (Alliance of the parties Rat , MAPAM and Shinui ) and Shas , which in total had 62 out of 120 seats in the Knesset. The government was also supported by the Hadash parties and the Arab Democratic Party .
