Biography
Born on September 13, 1973 in the village of Shaami-Yurt, Achkhoy-Martanovsky District, Chechen-Ingush Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, in the family of a police officer . He served in the internal affairs bodies of the Chechen Republic since 1992 . He graduated from the Stavropol branch of the Higher Correspondence School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. He was an officer in charge of drug trafficking of the criminal investigation department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Chechen Republic.
In 2001 he became a company commander in a regiment of private security . Subsequently, he was the commander of the security company of administrative buildings, and later - the commander of the security company of the department of protection, security and maintenance of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Chechen Republic. Since November 2004 - Head of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Oktyabrsky District of Grozny. In 2005 he graduated from the Moscow Law Academy of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
Under his leadership, more than 50 grave and especially grave crimes were uncovered, three well-armed and conspiratorial gangs that were engaged in bombing and killing law enforcement officers and civilians were destroyed.
In early July 2007, in the Oktyabrsky district of Grozny, criminals blew up a land mine . One of the policemen was injured. Hot on the heels, one of the participants in the crime was detained, three more members of the gang group and its leader "Emir of Grozny" Yunus Akhmadov were identified. Lorsanov led the operation to seize him.
On July 7, 2007, during the assault on the apartment in which the criminals took refuge, Lorsanov broke open the door and burst into the apartment first. He took fire on himself and died of gunshot wounds on the spot. The gang leader and other members of his group were eliminated.
For courage and heroism on April 9, 2008, police major Lorsanov Saypuddin Sharpudinovich was awarded the title Hero of the Russian Federation (posthumous).
