Biography
Yakubov Alexander Rustamovich was born on December 19, 1960 in Tashkent, the Uzbek SSR. In 1987 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Radio Engineering and Electronics , in 1995 - the Higher Academy of Informatization.
In 1979-1981 he served in the army.
Place of work: from 1987, Alexander Rustamovich Yakubov worked as an engineer at the Pulsar Research Institute [1] in Moscow, from 1989 to 2001 - Deputy General Director of Transneft Trading House LLC; simultaneously in 2001 - adviser to the head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
In 2001-2004 - Representative in the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation from the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Bashkortostan, in 2004-2005 - Member of the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation from Bryansk Region.
In the Federation Council, Alexander Rustamovich was alternately a member of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation, a member of the Federation Council Committee on the Commonwealth of Independent States, a deputy chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Natural Monopolies, a member of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation, and a member of the Federation Council Committee on Social Policy.
