Biography
Born on April 2, 1933 in the village of Marinovka, the Shatsky district of the Ryazan region, in a large peasant family. Russian. He began to work early on a collective farm. Before World War II, the mother died. Father and two older brothers went to the front.
After graduating from the Novomoskovsk Mining School (Tula Region), he worked on the construction of mines in the city of Severozadonsk, Tula Region.
In 1953 he was drafted into the Armed Forces. He served in the city of Inta (Komi Republic). After demobilization in 1956, he remained at Int to work at the mine.
For 15 years, A.F. Shveikin led the integrated coal mining team. During the VIII five-year plan, the team issued over the plan 25,000 tons of coal and completed the five-year task ahead of schedule.
In 1979, for health reasons, A.F. Shveikin was forced to go south to the village of Kuchugury, Temryuk district, Krasnodar Territory. He worked on the construction of the Inta-Ugol pioneer camp.
Since 1983 on a well-deserved vacation. Lives in the village of Kuchugury, Temryuk district, Krasnodar Territory.
Awards and titles
- By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of March 30, 1971, Shveikin Alexei Fedorovich was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the awarding of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Hammer and Sickle Medal.
