Váci utca street ( Hungarian. Váci utca ) is the main street of the historic Belvaros district in the center of Budapest . It is considered the main shopping street of the city, very popular with tourists [1] . In addition to shops on the street there are many cafes and restaurants. Many building facades have cast-iron decorations and mosaics.

The street starts at Wörösmarty Square and ends at Feuwam Square (near the central market ). It runs from the northwest to the southeast parallel to the Danube at a distance of about 200 meters from it. Almost all along is pedestrian. The length of the street is 1.2 km.
